This is a great chowder to make in huge batches and freeze. It freezes fairly well and can also be kept in the fridge for a week or so and eaten off of. The first couple of batches I made were gone in mere days. We couldn’t get enough of it!  Now we keep a container or two in the freezer at all times.  It makes a quick, healthy, delicious dinner and all you need is a microwave! Read the rest of this entry »
