This is a really great breading for any meat you choose.  We like this on chicken and pork especially, but my husband also says he’d like to try it on lamb sometime.  Don’t let the addition of the cinnamon fool you!  It’s a tiny amount, but it does big things for the overall flavor experience.  The end result is a crunchy, tasty breading that, if baked, is relatively healthy.
